1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Buykko (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buykko Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make purchases.
• You must be a resident of India or have a valid Indian delivery address.
• By using Buykko, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Buykko shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour or appearance due to photography and screen settings.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices and issue a full refund.

5. Orders and Payments

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation email from us.
• We accept payments via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (where available).
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Buykko does not store full payment card information.
• Orders may be cancelled if stock becomes unavailable after placement. A full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. Buykko is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other factors beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. See our Returns Policy and Refund Policy for complete details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Buykko, including logos, product images, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Buykko Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Prohibited Activities

• Engaging in fraudulent orders or chargebacks without valid cause.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.
• Submitting false reviews or ratings.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts.
• Reselling products purchased on Buykko commercially without our written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buykko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
