* Business days exclude Sundays and national public holidays. Timelines are estimates and may vary during sale periods or due to courier delays.

3. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. You can also track your order from the Track Order page or in My Orders.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 3 attempts, the package will be held at the nearest courier facility for 5 days before being returned to us. In such cases, you may request a re-delivery (re-shipping charges may apply) or a refund.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

We work with leading logistics providers across India including Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post, to ensure reliable delivery to your doorstep.
